Why do you like Mul-T-Lock?

I like having the opportunity to promote products of excellent quality that locksmiths and end customers can rely on. Mul-T-Lock provides a wide range of products for a variety of applications, and I believe in our products and services. Thus, being an advocate for Mul-T-Lock and promoting them to others who can benefit from them makes it worthwhile. It's even better when they experience firsthand how wonderful our portfolio is.

What’s your favourite product?

I've accepted that I'm a little nerdy. I enjoy innovative technology! With that said my favourite products are any of our digital access options. SMARTair, with its contactless 'keys' that can be controlled with a fob, key card, or your phone, eCLIQ, our hybrid approach to access control that combines mechanical and digital or Openow, which transforms your mobile phone into a secure virtual key that opens doors using a smartphone app, I have a fascination with them all. Also, the fact that access may be granted or revoked in seconds on all platforms amazes me and is ideal for companies where keys have been misplaced or access to certain areas must be monitored.

What is your Superpower? 

Some may claim my savvy banter is my superpower, while others may credit my exceptional Excel abilities, but I believe my desire to provide outstanding customer service is my greatest superpower. If there is a problem, I will work tirelessly with the customers until it is resolved, no matter how long it takes.
