Traka21 is an innovative plug n’ play system that provides businesses with the very latest in intelligent key management. Traka21 authorizes, secures and monitors all of your keys, automatically controlling and recording when a key is used and by whom. This information can be viewed directly on the system cabinet’s display or by export via a USB pen drive.

How it works
- User enters his/her personal PIN code to gain access to the cabinet
- All keys and keysets are individually locked within the Traka21 cabinet. Green LEDs indicate those keys to which the user has access. The user cannot remove keys highlighted by the red LEDs, which continue to remain locked in place.
- To return the key, the user enters their personal PIN to access the cabinet again.
- An amber LED indicates return position.
- Audit trails and simple reports can be viewed on-screen or exported to a USB drive for further review and analyses.
- Exported data can be viewed and manipulated on your computer using Excel or a similar application.
